This Privacy Policy explains how Elekon Enerji Sistemleri San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Elekon”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with Serenity Studio.
Information processed by Serenity Studio
Serenity Studio primarily stores project, configuration, graphics, device, alarm, and operational data on systems controlled by the customer. The exact data processed depends on the building systems and features configured by the customer.
Account and licensing information
When licensing or support services are used, we may process organization and contact details, license identifiers, device or installation identifiers, application version, and service diagnostics required to provide and secure those services.
Optional Google and Gemini connection
AI Designer is optional. When a user chooses “Sign in with Google,” Serenity Studio uses Google OAuth to obtain authorization for Gemini API access and for the Google Cloud project used to account for that access. Serenity Studio receives basic account identity information, such as the signed-in email address, and OAuth credentials needed to make authorized requests.
When the user submits an AI Designer prompt, relevant prompt text and graphics-page context are sent to Google’s Gemini API to generate a proposed design change. Serenity Studio does not send Google credentials to Elekon’s licensing service and does not sell Google user data. OAuth refresh credentials are stored using the operating system’s protected credential storage on the user’s device.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Serenity Studio’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Logs and diagnostics
Application logs may contain timestamps, runtime events, error categories, version information, and technical identifiers. Authentication secrets, OAuth access tokens, prompts, complete page JSON, and raw AI-provider response bodies are not intentionally logged.
Purpose and legal basis
We process information to provide contracted software and support, secure and maintain services, comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests in reliable product operation. Where consent is required, users may withdraw it.
Sharing and processors
Information may be processed by infrastructure and service providers used to deliver requested functionality, including hosting providers and, when the user enables AI Designer, Google. Customer administrators may also access data within their managed environment. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as necessary for the relevant service, contract, security, or legal purpose. We use access controls, encrypted transport, credential protection, and operational safeguards appropriate to the service.
Your choices and rights
Users can disconnect Google from AI Designer and revoke Serenity Studio access from their Google Account. Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information and may object to certain processing.
Children
Serenity Studio is professional engineering software and is not directed to children.
Changes
We may update this policy as Serenity Studio evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
