These Terms govern use of the public Serenity Studio website and optional online functionality made available by Elekon Enerji Sistemleri San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. Separate commercial license, maintenance, or support terms may apply to the Serenity Studio desktop software and prevail where they conflict with these website terms.
Professional-use software
Serenity Studio is intended for qualified professionals working with building systems. Users are responsible for reviewing configurations, proposals, commands, and deployments before applying them to operational environments.
Accounts and authorization
You must use accounts and systems you are authorized to access, protect your credentials, and promptly revoke access if a device or account is compromised. You may not attempt to bypass licensing, authorization, safety, or security controls.
AI-assisted proposals
AI Designer output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular building. AI output is a proposal, not engineering approval. You remain responsible for reviewing, validating, testing, and approving any resulting change.
Acceptable use
You may not use the services to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, interfere with systems, probe security without written authorization, or submit content you are not entitled to process.
Availability and changes
Online services, release channels, and third-party integrations may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may provide updates needed for compatibility, reliability, or security.
Third-party services
Optional features may depend on third-party services such as Google Gemini. Use of those services is also governed by the provider’s terms, availability, quotas, and policies.
Intellectual property
Serenity Studio, its website, branding, and associated materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred except as expressly provided in a separate license agreement.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, public website content and optional online functionality are provided without warranties beyond those expressly agreed in writing. Elekon is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from unreviewed AI output, unauthorized use, third-party service interruption, or operation outside documented requirements.
Termination
Access may be suspended where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risk, legal obligations, or material breach.
Governing terms
Applicable mandatory law remains unaffected. Contract customers should refer to their signed agreement for governing law, venue, warranty, and liability terms.
